I know also one of the goals of the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Appropriations, and the Committee on the Budget has been to cut the paperwork so that our veterans not only have the money at the VA to provide their benefits but they do not have to go through the long procedures and the clearances and the problems that they are having with Tri-Care; that they can actually go faster to a doctor, get the treatment they want, and get to the clinic closest to them. I know the gentleman has made a major commitment in that direction as well.
