My point is that we can all live in the fantasyland of Disneyworld or the United States Capitol, and when a bill that is increasing Medicaid goes up $66 billion and people can call it a cut because they did not get their way, that it did not go up 7.3 percent, it only goes up 7 percent. You can find any excuse to vote no, and I guess in the fantasyland of Washington, D.C., you can call that a cut. But the reality is, all these posters and easels that are out in the halls of the Rayburn, the Longworth and the Cannon building are just fantasy. Here is a chance to actually reduce spending and you are barking at it and saying no.
