You can find any excuse to vote no, and I guess in the fantasyland of Washington, D.C., you can call that a cut. But the reality is, all these posters and easels that are out in the halls of the Rayburn, the Longworth and the Cannon building are just fantasy. Here is a chance to actually reduce spending and you are barking at it and saying no.”
