I just say when anybody starts arguing the process in the U.S. Senate, it is a cop-out, I think he just wanted to vote no, and he found that's a convenient excuse.
They have to pass the bill. They have made too many promises and there's no escape --
I want to point out, though, that Pew Trust came out with a study said 24 million people who are registered to vote aren't eligible to be registered or registered illegally.
Trust but verify, in this case verify absolutely everything going forward.
