If you bring in a dollar, you should never, ever spend more than a dollar. And we have since World War II been spending $1.59 on every dollar that we bring in. Now, that has not been the case in the last 3 years, but the fact is, you cannot go on forever defying gravity. The children in America need to live in a world where the budget is balanced and where Congress is not spending more money than we bring in.
