Well, now, the bill that I have cosponsored with the gentleman from Tennessee, Zach Wamp, which is a bipartisan bill, does put individual limits on there. We do not want anybody or any organization to have undue influence. Taking your situation and saying you have to take money where you can get it. The other problem is, though, if there is going to be influence, and if influence and money are related, should that not be district driven rather an outside interest driven?
