Do you think they are going to back off their priorities, or do you think they are going to implement RSC priorities? You and I have some disagreements with the administration, so I don't see why it helps us to empower them to make the decisions on where this 5 percent will come from. Because I can say if I was them, I know what I would cut, and it would not be the priorities that you would have.”
