The figures are right. It is atrocious, your momma is ashamed of you. But if I read that correctly, in the year 2001, the President's budget has a $276 billion deficit. The Kasich Committee on the Budget proposal has a $108 billion deficit. The year 2002, the President is at a $318 billion deficit. We are at a $15 billion surplus.
