I thank the gentleman. And I know my friends on this side of the aisle feel just the same way. Not one of those things comes out in the reconciliation process. My question is, if the bill is so good, where has the transparency been? Why all the backroom deals? Why this week alone has the President had 64 calls and visits to the White House to twist arms? Why the sweeteners? You know the bill is not as good as advertised. Vote ``no.'' Let's work for a bipartisan bill.
