Well, if the gentleman would continue to yield, I would suggest that most of the government employees do not understand what the small businesses that provide most of the jobs in America are up against each day because of increased Government bureaucracy and regulations, and they do not understand why businesses might need a more favorable tax code in order to create more jobs for working people.

I just say when anybody starts arguing the process in the U.S. Senate, it is a cop-out, I think he just wanted to vote no, and he found that's a convenient excuse.
