I think one thing we have to accept as Members of government is that there is a lot of cross billing and overlap. Here we are in the Legislative Branch and we get the medical services from the Navy. We have the Historical Society services that provide part of the touring of the United States Capitol, our own office, and it is protected by the Capitol Hill Police.
