Mr. Speaker, we need to get this off the table so that we can move on to other things, addressing the economy, addressing Iraq, addressing Medicare and a prescription drug benefit, some of the things that I hope the President will talk about tonight when he addresses this Chamber. One of the things I want to mention is in terms of the situation in the Middle East, and I guess people are reading what Mr. Blix and the weapons inspectors' report is, and they are spinning it their own way for their own convenience and their own purposes; but it is very clear that it is a very difficult question that Saddam Hussein has had weapons of mass destruction, terrorist and biological weapons.
