You may correctly assume that I have much better things to do with my time than to argue with and complain about a government contractor that is not performing as specified. My full attention should be given to my patients and their families, my staff, my practice and my family and friends. The amount of effort I have given to this issue never should have been necessary but I will do whatever it takes to protect my patients and my practice and to make sure everyone gets a fair deal.
