The Georgia Ports Authority would highly encourage the members of this committee to support H.R. 8704.

We do want to protect the right whales, and that is what this bill does, because it offers solutions.

Georgia's ports have seen tremendous growth over the past few years, and a few decades, to be quite honest with you.

I write today to express our industry's strong support for H.R. 8704.

We want accessibility, affordability, and quality in health care.

That, to me, is over-reach of the Secretary's authority, and without legal basis.
