My understanding has always been that when an act of Government can deprive citizens of property or liberty, it is not a rule or regulation, it is a law, and only Congress can enact those laws.

Look, whether we like it or not, election integrity is a huge issue, bipartisan issue, in this country.

I know I share many people's concerns that there has been no update in their investigation.

If I may add on to that, the voter ID requirement, my understanding, and you may confirm this, is that is a bipartisan issue.
