The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to finalize, implement, administer, or enforce the proposed rule entitled ``Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Fuel Efficiency Standards for Medium- and Heavy-Duty Engines and Vehicles-Phase 2'' published by the Environmental Protection Agency in the Federal Register on July 13, 2015 (80 Fed. Reg. 40138 et seq.), with respect to trailers. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 820, the gentleman from Georgia (Mr. Loudermilk) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
