Mr. Speaker, as you can see, this is a very passionate issue for many of us--not just because of politics but because this is about the heart of our Nation. This is the basis, the foundation of our Nation. I now yield to a good friend and another freshman colleague from the great State of Arkansas (Mr. Hill).
