Because when we look at this magnitude of cuts, on top of the Department of Justice suspending the revenue sharing through the Asset Forfeiture Program, which has already had an impact in my district, with the Federal and local law enforcement agencies cooperating together, now you have put on top a $599 million cut, so I think this could have a drastic impact.
