The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division A (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to enforce the final rule entitled ``Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Fuel Efficiency Standards for Medium- and Heavy-Duty Engines and Vehicles--Phase 2'' published in the Federal Register on October 25, 2016 (81 Fed. Reg. 73478 et seq.), with respect to trailers. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 996, the gentleman from Georgia (Mr. Loudermilk) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
