The question is, is the Library still focused on its preeminent mission to serve Congress and to prioritize Congress among its customers?

I would agree in part and disagree in part with the Chairman.

I know I share many people's concerns that there has been no update in their investigation.

It is way past time that the Bureau is held accountable to the people and gets the funding it deserves through the regular appropriations cycle.
