I am a very strong believer in accountability, which is part of our role, accountability of the Executive Branch.

It is the role of the Legislative Branch to make the laws; and the role of the various agencies and departments and bureaus under the Executive Branch to carry out those laws that Congress makes.

The question is, is the Library still focused on its preeminent mission to serve Congress and to prioritize Congress among its customers?
