It is my hope that our Department of Justice will indict Raul Castro and others responsible for this barbarous act.

I am deeply concerned that the bureaucracy in the State Department is purposely disregarding and undermining President Trump's Cuba policies.

We must indict criminals like Raul Castro.

It is sickening and it was and is a disgrace.

These brave men, flying unarmed, were shot down over international waters by Cuban MiGs, a heinous crime that defies comprehension.

There should be a top to bottom review of the U.S. Department of the Treasury and Commerce licenses for commercial activities in Cuba to ensure that they are consistent with U.S. policy and public law.

We should demand accountability, as the ranking member said, for acoustic attacks against two dozen U.S. diplomats in Havana, which did personal physical harm to these individuals representing us overseas.

The State Department should return Cuba to the list of terrorist sponsors in light of the fact that the Castro regime sustains Colombian terror groups despite a peace process in that country.

We should restore funding for robust pro-democracy programs in Cuba.

So I think a concerted effort where there is political will from the Trump administration--the President laid out very clearly.

This stinks to high heaven.

If the investigation was validly predicated in the Trump's campaign, who the hell cares whether he was going to win or not?

This tells me that they're saying: Well, heck, if the guy may win, then we have to do this.

I think we will help establish more security in the region as a result.

The President made the right decision. He saw this deal for what it was, calling it, quote, 'one of the worst and most one-sided transactions the United States has ever entered into,' end quote.

Shouldn't there be an opportunity for the new administration to come in and at least renegotiate?

It's very difficult to hold people accountable.

The fact is, I concur with Mr. Connolly, President Trump's infrastructure bill is what is actually on trial in this room

I think most of us believe that, you know, there is a role for people who are being persecuted.

There are issues with what taxpayers have to shoulder when we do not have a secure border.

I think the prescription stuff, you know, obviously has been an issue, still is. But the prescriptions are going down now, and yet this stuff out there is just absolutely killer.
