The frustration felt by this community, by myself, by Senator Nelson, by Congressman Southerland, by Governor Scott, and the entire Florida community is barely measured by the number of folks attending here today.

Congress sending a clear message on the issue was helpful in their negotiations and that our efforts on this issue should continue.

My first question--either Dr. Ford or Mr. Largent could help answer this--is about secondary spectrum markets.
