Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Thank you, panel. A question, to change the subject a little bit. I am from south Florida. We have a very high number of seniors and folks with disabilities.

What do we in the end do we want to accomplish? North Korea has 21 million people. It is in a strategic location.

But the increasing nuclear capacity is disturbing, as is assisting Iran in its procurement of a nuclear weapon.

I know we have heard some, it is quite horrifying to hear so many of the things you are talking about--human right violations, illicit activities of the counterfeiting of money, cigarettes, drugs.

I, too, am concerned about the reports of rape and attacks on women protesters.

I would like to know what Egypt is doing well to bring security to Israel and the Middle East.

I'm going to ask a more basic, a 'living room' question which is my constituents sitting in a living room if they were listening to this what they would ask basically which is--and you can answer this in a general term, which is what are…

I listened to--there is great angst on the part of some of my colleagues as to whether or not to continue to fund the Palestinian Authority, either with more conditions, or not to fund it.

I share with our chairwoman and ranking member any support for the security of Israel, who is our closest and most important ally in the Middle East.
