I'm going to ask a more basic, a 'living room' question which is my constituents sitting in a living room if they were listening to this what they would ask basically which is--and you can answer this in a general term, which is what are the immediate and long-term consequences to the United States and/or our allies if we just ignore Mali and the region and what's going on?
