It is just deplorable that these agencies of government would be so non-responsive both to Congress and the courts.
New GM was a creation of the taxpayers. It was capitalized and created by the Treasury, and all the initial operating funds they had came from taxpayer funds.
And I think historically, many plans that were terminated performed far worse than that. In fact, that was a pretty high funding and performance level?
I have never seen an era in which they have denied at least the rightful committees of Congress information.
Actually, they got shafted even though they had been part of the principal parent company.
Americans have a right to know that money Washington takes from them is well and justly expended.
