You do and you clearly have stated that you have the discretion to take those barriers down.

It's unanimous in a bipartisan manner--do I have to send you a letter with instructions from 100 Members of Congress?

I think that's wrong. I think you had the discretion not to put those up.

nothing has appalled the American people more that I've seen in my two decades of service than what you've done.

It just seems that common sense did not prevail.
