Unfortunately, the divisions sometimes reflect the representation in Congress that is very hard to change.
In my own city of Orlando, they moved a Megabus out to the end of town to an intermodal center.
Most of those people that were killed out there in that incident were people. It might have disrupted some freight traffic, but it was people.
