Well, again, I am very concerned. I know the limited resources we have, the Coast Guard has, and to be doing cleanup work off of Cuba or for Cuba, just does not sit well with me.
I am just a little bit shocked by the administration, what is it, 2 weeks ago, the President shot down and the administration, Keystone which they looked at for 3½ years.
