The Federal Government does not know better than the people on land, on the docks or in the water.

We need to return the multiple-use philosophy of our Federal waters.

Sometimes the relationship with the Federal Government has not been as cooperative as it should be.

I would say I would be speaking for the entire Florida delegation to say we would like to see that take place.

I would request that they would get $43.1 million. That would be a $3.1 million increase over current funding.

I think that if the United States is not liable, then the private actor will be liable, so whoever is damaged will be made whole by bringing a suit against the actual causer of the damage just like in the rest of life.

This bill is going to help break down those barriers so that those who are developing their product can also get them to market.

H.R. 2105, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Small Business Cybersecurity Act of 2017, will help small businesses better address their cybersecurity risks.
