But, unfortunately, other agencies are forced not to use it, which I think is un-American.

Yet we are in a fight, because the very attempts in the defense bill to get the moratorium extended to 2027 are being vigorously opposed by the oil industry.

We have been working for a long time on Everglades restoration to stop or reverse what man had done over three-quarters of a century.

Eliminating it, I think, is classic definition of penny-wise and pound-foolish.
