Those days are behind us, and we seem to have a Commission that seems to be working well together, in a collegial and productive way.

There is a path forward. And I hope that we will seize this opportunity.

Mike Enzi likes to talk about the 80/20 rule. When I first heard him talk about it, he said the 80/20 rule explained why he and Ted Kennedy got so much done.

One of the best ways to encourage farmers to stay on the land, instead of development taking over, is with farmers being able to make money and to be profitable.

We can eliminate, in my opinion, some of the problems that we have had over past Administrations with the implementation of regulations.

Can there be a better job? There is no doubt about it.

I would just say to Secretary Scuse it reminds me a little bit of what we did in Delaware, what we have done in Delaware.

The last Administration attempted to bring that certainty, in fact, to the producers and to other areas of the United States.
