I have confidence that this Administration, working in conjunction with 50 laboratories of democracies, our States across America, using common sense, using sound science, will find the right recipe.

The U.S. can't do it alone, but we can provide leadership.

We face a lot of threats, but no greater environmental threat than the threat of climate change.
