SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Flood Prevention Act of 2019''. SEC. 2. ELIGIBILITY OF DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA FOR FEDERAL FUNDING UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT OF 1972.
