Under the previous order, the Chair lays before the Senate the following message from the House: The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: Resolved, That the bill from the Senate (S. 4367) entitled ``An Act to provide for improvements to the rivers and harbors of the United States, to provide for the conservation and development of water and related resources, and for other purposes.'', do pass with an amendment.
