And over the years, I have spoken with members of the Armed Forces who are married, and I have not only thanked them for their service, but I have also thanked their spouses for their service. Those are just some of the people I have gotten to serve with in the House and the Senate. But I especially want to note my fellow Senator Chris Coons, sitting over to my right.…”
