This absolutely should be one of the toughest job interviews around because the stakes surrounding any Supreme Court seat are just that high. The stakes surrounding the seat vacated by Justice Kennedy may be even higher. The next Justice may shift the balance of our Nation's highest Court for a generation, maybe even longer. The next Justice may very well be asked to rule on questions of Executive power that test our democracy.…”
