I happen to agree with Mr. Paul. Mr. Paul and I don't always agree, but I happen to agree with him with respect to his legislation and with the idea that we do need more transparency from the Fed.

I have an abiding concern what the Federal Government is doing in this area versus what the States are doing.

I worry that we get too far ahead of ourselves sometimes in terms of what is next instead of how to incorporate what is there.

I think we need to be very careful about how encroaching we are being with respect to dictating in terms of corporate structures and corporate methodologies involving the Federal Government.
