What should we in the Federal Government be doing versus what the States are doing?

I worry that we get too far ahead of ourselves sometimes in terms of what is next instead of how to incorporate what is there.

I think political concerns can get in the way of it all. I hope it doesn't, but that is a part that concerns me a great deal.

Technology is a wonderful and necessary addition to our schools, but it hasn't come for free.
