I am not entirely appeased by what I heard. Obviously, I believe the judges should be in there, but I do take your word for it on that basis. Again, this is legislation, in my judgment, we should not be considering at 1:15 in the morning. It should have happened a lot earlier in the day, and it would be over in the Senate already. But so be it. Hopefully, the word of everybody tonight will be held up.
