I will be brief, but I could not support this colloquy more, and all Members should. Mr. Chairman, this panel has ultimately set goals for America which are extraordinary. The Governors support it. It is across all of the States. Just because there has been some confusion about what is in the goals, it does not mean that the panel should not continue to exist. Mr. Chairman, I appreciate the tremendous effort by the gentleman from California. I am sure that every single Governor in the country and every child in America does as well.
