I agree that the best road for Iran, from our perspective, is that they have no enrichment program whatsoever.

I and many others have urged that human rights be integrated with the talks on the nuclear issue with Iran.

There is no doubt in my mind that Iran understands the power and prerogatives of the United States Congress.
