And what happens if it goes over budget, over the budget that the contractor has agreed to where you have not agreed to changes that cause the increase?
I particularly want to thank you for making this a Full Committee hearing, indicating that this is a matter of great importance to the entire Committee.
Now, I dare believe that the reason 17 States have failed to do it or not do it, based on their druthers, is because the Department took no leadership one way or the other.
The access--and here you have one part of government saying no to another part of the government.
I want to know is there anything in the bill from the Department that would cause the push-back?
what good is it to have a cemetery there that is a very historic place that nobody can even get to see?
