The most disturbing thing is that GSA has lost so much personnel, and yet it has increased realty specialists.

Who needs GSA? I raised that question in my opening statement.

What kind of mix, for example, what kind of role that will play is still under discussions.

That is very, very bad, very, very bad, and something we are going to have to look into.

I particularly appreciate this hearing, because it has given us a study in contrast without evidence that has been an underlying risk/consequences analysis.
