I will not yield, and, if you look at what we do here, we take the President--you take the President of the United States, and you give him one option, and that option is unilateral action with American forces, without any support from any of our allies. That means every crisis around the globe is an American crisis, and like when the Congress prevented the President from joining the League of Nations at the end of World War II, we will sow the seeds of additional disharmony in the world.
