The basic content of the letter is objecting to the insufficient analysis offered by the EPA on the impacts that this rule will have.

It is going to be under the EPA's jurisdiction.

I think this is the greatest water grab that we have seen by the federal government in the history of the United States.

I share your concerns over this overreach by the government and the EPA.
