The Planning for American Energy Act puts a common sense plan into place.

Nevertheless, due to unreliable Federal policies and overregulation, the wind industry has lost 10,000 jobs since 2009 according to a recent report.

This bill, that I introduced with Mr. Young, would nullify that plan and require the Interior Department to produce a new plan for responsible development of these resources.
