I appreciate that provision and the improved safety it will result in, but I was concerned that reliever airports which do not intend to fly planes with over nine passengers may be forced to apply for certification. A provision has been included in the bill which states that an airport which has not currently received certification does not have to apply if they do not intend to fly planes with over nine passengers. Is that also correct?
