Getting to Mars is not a question of rocket science but political science.

If we somehow all came together, said okay, we're going to put a percent of the entire federal budget towards getting us to Mars and that gets you $200, $300 billion over the course of the next 17 years, can we do this?

I think all of us, going to college, were inspired by our ability to make a difference with the educations we have had.

What I see, and the importance of this bill that Congressman Hardy has proposed, is we have to have the best and the brightest to continue to be able to build these tunnels.

The solution envisioned under the Due Process Restoration Act, my bill, is a simple one: Simply allow defendants the option to have their cases moved to a district court.

The cost is less due process protection for defendants who find themselves beholden to a seriously flawed system.
