I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it recess until 10 a.m., Thursday, April 6; further, that following the prayer and pledge, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; further, that following leader remarks, the time until the cloture vote on the Gorsuch nomination be equally divided between Senators Grassley and Feinstein or their designees; finally, that the mandatory quorum call with respect to the cloture vote be waived.
