The Presiding Officer laid before the Senate the following message from the House of Representatives: Resolved, that the bill from the Senate (S. 3989) entitled ``An Act to amend the United States Semiquincentennial Commission Act of 2016 to modify certain membership and other requirements of the United States Semiquincentennial Commission, and for other purposes.'', do pass with an amendment. Motion to Concur
